Fuerst Ittleman is pleased to announce that Joseph A. DiRuzzo, III, has joined the firm. Joe is both an attorney concentrating his practice in issues of taxation and a certified public accountant. In addition to the Florida Bar, Joe is admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey and the United States Virgin Islands. Joe comes to us from the Law Office of Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C, a firm located in St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. Previously, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in its international taxation department. He was also with the Public Defenders Office in Broward County Florida, where he tried many cases. Recently, Joe has played a prominent role in the federal tax litigation issues involving the United States Virgin Islands EDC program; a role he will continue with Fuerst Ittleman.
