
Jennifer Correa is an associate with Fuerst Ittleman. She primarily practices in the areas of Tax and Tax Litigation, White Collar Defense, and Anti-Money Laundering. Ms. Correa is also experienced in Food and Drug Law. Ms. Correa became a member of the Fuerst Ittleman staff as a law clerk during the summer prior to her third year in law school where she gained a strong background in the areas of law described above. Prior to joining the Fuerst Ittleman staff and while at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Correa was a Certified Legal Intern at the Florida Office of Financial Regulation where she principally assisted with the prosecution of Money Transmitting Businesses. Also while in law school, Ms. Correa was a law clerk at The Ferraro Law Firm. There, Ms. Correa gained a wealth of knowledge in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice.
Ms. Correa graduated cum laude from the University of Miami in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Spanish. Ms. Correa then attended the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated in May 2009. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association.
